Despite receiving the test results promptly, the website is currently shutting down. Consequently, I have been requested to transfer my own files by downloading them to my computer and registering on a new site. This approach deviates from the standard practice of handling client files for us, which is not ideal. While it may be feasible for individuals with technical expertise, it is generally advisable for the website to manage such tasks.

I was turned away from Quest yesterday for my lab draw because they only draw for Function between 7-9 am. This was confusing to me because I had received numerous confirmations from Function confirming my noon appointment and had dutifully fasted all morning . Why would Function not have known this and advised me ? I had been drawn to Function because of Dr Jen Ashton’s endorsement. So far, this experience has wasted my time.

Can get ahold of customer service by phone despite following the contact guidelines set in place.

The extra tests that I paid for were not done. I don't know why. Disappointing, confusing, upsetting- I need these answers quickly.

Ok on normal blood draw but lost the blood drawn for my cancer screening and took nearly one month to figure it out. Poor.

Quick email response but the question/issue has not been addressed. Still no response on why my ApoB and Vitamin D results were missing from my September blood test.

Before my membership expired (I did not renew) I completed my second testing and ordered 2 more additional test. I was told by customer service that I would still get the test results, even though I did not renew. It has been almost 2 months since my membership expired and still no results.

The website interface is nice until you have a problem. My wife needed to reset her password and reschedule an appointment. It seemed simple enough, click on the rest password link received via email, enter the new password twice and click "Continue". Every time she did that a message would come up saying "The password reset link is no longer valid. Please request another one." We tried resetting her password about 10 time on her phone, my computer and it wouldn't work. Then we tried chatting with their AI chatbot which also didn't work. The bot was going to transfer us to a "Live Agent" and asked for contact information. I typed it in and waited and waited an waited and no one showed up. As a result I started typing in questions and then all of a sudden all that I had typed disappeared and I received the message to type in my contact information again. Overall the scheduling, blood work, and lab results were okay, but not being able to get help when you need it isn't acceptable. We'll be looking at other solutions in the future.
