I love the comprehensive analysis of my results and what I can do to improve my markers and/or stay on track. I find Function Health more valuable than my general physician.

I’m in CONTROL!
Function Health has put me in control of my health. No need to wait for a referral or ask my doctor for blood work. I want to know where my body is…I schedule it myself. Liberation!

Function Health has provided access to affordable knowledge of what’s going on in our bodies. The tests go significantly beyond what is available in conventionally ordered blood work. It’s made easy to complete at a local lab with thorough reviews by a Function Health doctor. This was my 3rd year of testing and plan on continuing to use this valuable asset in the future.

Actionable results to improve my health!
I’m in my second year of Function and have found it to be an invaluable tool for improving my health. I love that it shows not only the normal range but also the optimal ranges for many biomarkers , providing guidance on why each is important and what nutritional changes can be made to improve my health. It’s a great value and they continue to roll out new features. Highly recommend!

I love having all this insights however…
I love having all this insights however none of my doctors actual take it seriously or agree that these items need action when levels are within range or sometimes even out of range. For example, there was one hormone that was out of range and Function said it’s a concern even if you are breastfeeding and my endocrinologist say no it isn’t a concern because this hormone helps you breastfeed. What I would like to see is Function driving the conversation and giving recommendations as to what supplements I should take or next steps to dig deeper if needed vs the way they report out. Be a functional doctor type of thing - great I have data but if that data doesn’t actually amount to change….then it’s pointless.

100% thankful for function health I…
100% thankful for function health I feel the information you receive and the action plan is invaluable. Doctors do not have the time to explain labs or educate us about health.
