The actual lab testing itself is wonderful. It’s easy to read results as they come in. However I do find the recommendations to improve your out of range labs a little generic with Ai. Was under the impression that it came with some kind of short consultation with a physician. I have taken other functional tests that included a short zoom call with a nurse practitioner .

The person I encountered was effiecintand polite,the only thing was they spoke quickly and softly so it was hard to hear and understand the instructions.

My experience with Function Health is wonderful. From the ease of making the appointment at Quest to receiving my test results quickly has been great. My only suggestion is to make getting the results to my Dr. has been difficult. I M able to put them in a PDF and send them to her, but she can not open the PDF. I wish there was an efficient way for her to receive the results. Other than that, I am very happy with Function health and Quest.

Function makes it easy. From Scheduling to getting the results, it's easy. My wish list for Function is.... 1) Let me know when I'm due for my next blood work 2) Let me know what to expect. How many vials and will urine be collected this time. 3) Allow me to add past blood work to the portal and have the numbers show in my history. 4) Allow better export of my data to import into other platforms like Apple Health or Oura.

I am really valuing this experience thus far. It could have been a little better if I had understood what to expect at my mid-year (not a full retest, but a partial retest and not a full blood draw but a light one).
