I understood the results better than…
I understood the results better than the first test. It is a lot of information for a normal person and I do appreciate the facts. My markers improved which is great! I wish my Dr. was more receptive to looking at the results and giving me guidance on how to improve my markers. She looks at them and just says they look good. My goal is to keep my health in check and make improvements as I age.

Try it!’
I don’t know how they do this for under $400! It’s insane the amount of info and feedback you get twice a year! Super helpful, way more labs my doctor will ever run, even when asked about specific issues. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using a service…
This was my first time using a service like this and I enjoyed it. I do wish that it was a little more oriented towards my goals, but I do really like the insights and explanations of the different tests.
