I would’ve given five stars because everything has been exceptional except the fact you do not use any labs in the state of North Dakota, and I had to travel six hours each way to go to Minneapolis to get the lab work done. Too inflexible in that regard.

I was able to set up my first appointment fine. the app never let me set up a second appointment. so by four weeks, I only had 51 bio markers measured with clinical notes. I had to use the AI chat bot three different times before it hooked me up to a real person, and now my second appointment is nowhere near the 10 day limit of the first appointment.
