I drove 2.5 hours to the nearest participating lab to have my mid-year tests drawn. I had paid 106$ to have additional tests added which had been abnormal in my initial test. As I waited in the weeks after my test those additional tests did not result. When I enquired about the results. I was then told that they hadn't been drawn and I would have to wait until my next annual full panel blood drawn. I was refunded the 106$, but the whole point of me spending 5 hours total driving to and from the lab was to follow up these abnormalities and now I either have to wait for the next full panel in 3-6 months or ask my personal doctor to order them, which is contrary to the whole purpose of this product. This whole ordeal was disappointing.

I paid for additional testing and didn't receive the results $700 worth. NOTHGING

I was very pleased at how quickly I received my results. The report was very easy to read. I would recommend this test.

I was disappointed that they advertised for discounts etc that were not included if I was in NY. And scheduling was difficult. I ended up being charged close to what I would have been had I ordered them myself and put it through insurance since Quest now allows people to order their own tests ( and I am an MD)

Function Health is a reliable and relatively cheap way to keep up on your biological health. After a heart attack in February of 2025, my first experience with Function Health was last July. At my daughter's insistence I had a bank of blood tests done to determine what besides cholesterol had attributed to my heart episode. It was found my inflammation marks were 8 times what they should have been and my blood work also revealed I had hemochromatosis, an iron, problem. A year later after following guidelines established by Function Health, my inflammation is almost normal and the same goes for my iron problem. I attribute Function Health and their recommendations to helping me get healthy again.
