When a trial subscription expires, it renews into a monthly plan, according to the terms of the contract. Within a week, you can easily disable in the settings or contact us, so we could cancel it. If the trial expires, and you get charged, you also can contact our support team, so we could arrange a refund according to our Refund policy. Hello there. We're sorry to hear that you experienced this unexpected payment. While purchasing a course, you need to tick the box to give a consent for a free week trial. Trial subscription is not set by default, our site requires a confirmation from a user, and only after that the trial can be added. Nevertheless, trial can be disabled anytime in the settings or via our Support team. Also, we issue refunds according to our Refund policy, so you could receive a refund directly from us, which takes a few days, whereas bank initiated refunds may take up to 60 days. It seems that the was charge for a membership, which could occur only if you ticked the box to add free trial access to all courses while purchasing a course. Trial subscription is optional and not set by default. Our trial offer is pretty transparent and obvious, so that our users may avoid unexpected payments. While purchasing, our clients need to read 3 pages about our product and subscription, and after that give a consent (or opt out of it) for a trial subscription. Within a week, you can disable this trial in the settings or contact our support managers. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any letters or messages from you in our records.
