They advertise the course for $1,90 and after you pay they require subscription for $79/month, adding "your order is not completed". I didn't pick any subscription, of course, didn't get access to any course for $1,90, yet after a week of time they charged $79 without my agreement. THIS is not the way business works.
Response from FullofmindJan 19, 2024
Hi Natalie, We are sorry that was an unclear experience for you. Most commonly, when you purchased the course, you also opted in for a trial subscription by checking the box during the purchase process. As stated in our terms, this trial automatically transitions to a monthly subscription at the end of the period. For refunds, please message us on WhatsApp – https://wtsp.cc/19295616550 OR email us again ([email protected]) from the email address that you purchased the course with and I'll make sure you get a refund. We're working on making our website clearer about our subscription terms to avoid such issues in the future. Thank you for reaching out, and I assure you we will resolve this as soon as possible. Best regards, Lina Kohl Customer Support, Fullofmind
