Why is my parcel in the Warehouse for 13 days and not sent to the addressee. Based on your company's advertisement, I planned that the package would be delivered to the addressee before December 25th. If there were no deception in your advertising, I would use the services of another company and everything would be delivered on time. Tracking number: FL202212100013934

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're so sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. The package you are writing about was delivered to our warehouse on Dec 9 and assigned to your account on Dec 13 in 2 business (!) days as usual. The delivery time frames are 14-30 days to Russia, so Dec 27 is the earliest you could have expected to receive the package, but nowadays delivery to Russia is closer to the max value. The preparing for shipping is usually faster but you attached incorrect export form to your package so we had to request a new one from you. You provided incorrect forms again in reply to our customer support several times and we prepared the package as soon as we received the correct one. Although there are no any other reports on the export form filling out process , we will try to make it easier for our customers,

Package was delivered as it was promised and expected. I received timely notifications about the status of the package and was able to notify my relatives about the delivery date. It was delivered right to the house and released with no issues.

All my packages were delivered to Russia as expediently as it was possible considering today's difficult logistical conditions. It was a life savior. The process was very simple, well described on the company website. Customer service was very responsive, and they were sending notifications of every step of the transfer, including abroad. Highly recommend Fulfilla to anybody.

Still the most affordable and reliable way to send parcels to Russia, even nowadays. I'm glad, a friend of mine recommended this service a couple of years ago. I definitely will continue to use this service and recommend it to my friends.
