With relatives in Russia and the horrible war in full force, the only chance to send anything to my retired mom with minuscular pension was Fulfill. I've done so far two parcels, it was going to the neighboring Moscow area. Both times it took about 1.5 month from NYC. Everything was ok and I am happy to have at least this option to send something to my family.

Sent package to Russia, delivered without any problems. Yes, they don't have support line but every e-mail sent was answered promptly

They have no idea what they do. Terrible service. One month three weeks and $35 later I got my package back. They don’t even have a support line. Their stuff can’t do anything. The only way they comunícate is an email. Theyll waist your time and money. ID 14132

We have sent our package to Russia, it was delivered to the warehouse the next day, then it took about a week or so to depart the US. It is fully tracked, and we expect it to be delivered to Russia within two weeks.

Used it when the pandemic hit us, and now will try to use it to send gifts after all the restrictions hit the world.

Fulfilla's tracking system notes: Jan-30-23 At DE warehouse Feb-10-23 Departed Mar-7-23 Received in Russia Thus delivery from US to Russia took six weeks (less 2 days). Package arrived in great condition. Shipping fees are low. I used to pay twice to USPS for this size of the box. Being able to send a parcel to my loved ones in Russia - PRICELESS. Thanks to Fulfilla. Giving it four stars because of the delay at the warehouse.
