Delivery is quite fast, the parcel went to St. Petersburg for 4 weeks. always respond quickly to messages. The only negative was that the parcel was poorly sealed and upon receipt in Russia it almost fell apart. The company apologized and promised to pack better in the future. In general, I am satisfied with their work.

I shipped my package with Fullfila to Russia on 06/19/22. As of today, 07/19/22, my package is still at their warehouse. I have contacted Fulfilla several times through "Ask a Questions" feature on their site and by emailing them. I even asked them to ship the package back to me and refund the fees. I have not heard back.

I haven’t shipped anything through them but I submitted my questions through their help form and never heard back. If they don’t reply to these before shipping, I expect the same in case of any issues (based on other reviews it’s actually the case). Well, it is what it is.

I am happy I found this company for sending my packages to my beloved to Russia. At that hard time when I couldn't send anything to my country by post office I found it helpful and it was successful. I have sent two packages to my son and to my grandson. They received them in appropriate time in 26 days and other one in 40 days, though I sent them the same day. Still I think this is amazing time. I am going to use this service again. I like it. Also they have a convenient website with account where I can manage all my packages. Thank you very much for taking care of my needs. 👍 Natalia

Im very exited with this company, delivery is safe, fast and easy. Also I used the customer service to get more information and lady from there politely provided all details I needed.
