I have been using this service for few years. I am satisfied with the service and opportunity to track my parcel every step of the way. The customer service is also great through e-mail. Last time I had a problem with my parcel, because my husband sent it through UPS instead of USPS as it was registered. I was worried that I might lose my parcel. But they tracked it for me. Unfortunately I had to pay for it's return, but I was glad that it came safely back, so I could resend it. And it made it very quick. Besides, Fulfilla gave me a discount because of this situation! So I can recommend their service to everyone who wants their package to come safe and quick!

I sent a package a year ago from the USA to Russia. The support team was very helpful: I forgotten to add the apartment number in the address, but they quickly answered and corrected my mistake. The only unpleasant part was that the package seemed to spend about 15 days in the warehouse before it finally got sent to Russia. But overall great experience and I am sending another package this year with Fulfilla.

Fulfilla's tracking system notes: Jan-30-23 At DE warehouse Feb-10-23 Departed Mar-7-23 Received in Russia Thus delivery from US to Russia took six weeks (less 2 days). Package arrived in great condition. Shipping fees are low. I used to pay twice to USPS for this size of the box. Being able to send a parcel to my loved ones in Russia - PRICELESS. Thanks to Fulfilla. Giving it four stars because of the delay at the warehouse.

Delivery is quite fast, the parcel went to St. Petersburg for 4 weeks. always respond quickly to messages. The only negative was that the parcel was poorly sealed and upon receipt in Russia it almost fell apart. The company apologized and promised to pack better in the future. In general, I am satisfied with their work.

My experience with FULFILL was very positive. With the first shipment I had a lot of support via e-mail from Customer Service - very timely responses and good explanations. The package arrived to the addressee somewhat later, then I expected, but I blame it on Covid and Holidays. Advantage of this service is: - it is cheaper then regular US post, DHL or UPS - you see all the tracking of your parcel till it is delivered. - individual approach - I contacted customer service and they personally took care of me Somehow small packages are still expensive though. I am satisfied with Fulfilla service. I will recommend to use their service to my friends. I found very convenient to do payment online and print the label at home, take the parcel to the closest UPS store. Every step of shipment details was informed by email. The parcel was delivered to Russia to destination in 30 days which is about right. My mother had to pay 200 rubles for receiving it at the postoffice as a taxes fee. Everything in the parcel was safe but noticeable that it was opened to check.
