Had a great experience working with Fulfilla. Due to sanctions, it is impossible to send anything to Russia from the US, but Fulfilla made it happen. I followed the prohibited items rules so I had no problem with sending it to Russia and there were no damaged or missing items when my parents got it. I sent it on the 23th of December from MA to Vladimir region and it was delivered on Jan 13th. It took nearly 3 weeks during the busiest time of the year! I was also able to track the package on their website and my parents were notified when it was at the post office. Definitely will use it again. Thank you!

They did a job well, took litte bit more then 1 month to deliver my package to Russia from US, i even created a new label by mistake and writed to support and they fixed it for me very quickly
