“I’m thrilled with my shoe purchase! Although the size was right, the shoes turned out to be a bit uncomfortable to walk in—but the seller made the entire exchange and return process a breeze. They were incredibly patient, responded to all my questions within hours, and handled everything professionally and courteously. I truly appreciate their top-notch customer service and would happily shop with them again!

I received a pair of heels that were larger than previous pairs in the same size. Different shoes but Cara Chen was fabulous handling the return/swap without any headaches or grief. I am a customer for life and the selection is the best I've ever seen for larger sizes.

FSJ shoes not only has the MOST UNIQUE & PRETTIEST SELECTION of BOOTS & HEELS in my FAVE COLOR *PINK*… but they have an even more amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I ordered my usual US size but it came back 1 whole size too big. FSJ responded to my exchange request right away & ELIMINATED THE HASSLE OF SHIPPING BACK MY PAIR… & SHIPPED ME A BRAND NEW PAIR OF BOTH BOOTIES IN THE RIGHT SIZE… no questions asked! IT WAS THE MOST PLEASANT “EXCHANGE / RETURN” EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!! Go get yourself a cute pair of heels now!

Tall and unique! I ordered two pairs and thought I was gonna have to return one. I figured out the problem. These shoes are unstable on uneven surfaces such as carpet. When I initially put them on I walked on the carpet and rolled my ankle. I put them on again and walked on the wood floors and they were fine. I love these shoes!! I messaged the seller and was so happy with how they handled everything! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I love the vegan suede boots, which are a challenge to find. I won't wear leather. They run a little small, so I had to exchange for a 1/2 size up. FSJ was responsive and immediately exchanged one size for the other.
