What would make my experience great is if I know the estimated shipping date. I need these shoes by April.
Response from FSJ ShoesJan 23, 2026
Thank you for sharing this information. Since this involves international shipping and customs inspections, we cannot determine the exact timing of customs clearance and therefore cannot provide an estimated delivery date. Typically, once the package arrives in the customer's country, the local logistics provider will offer an estimated delivery time. Rest assured, the shoes will arrive before April.

On January 10th, I placed an order and paid $141.25. Since then, I have received not a single email, no order confirmation, no tracking number, and absolutely no information about where my package is or when (if ever) it will arrive. No communication, no support, no transparency. Just silence after taking my money. This looks like a complete scam. Avoid this website at all costs.

Good merchandise. If items had a full description re: style, materials, accessories my response would’ve been a 5.

The shoes I ordered were too small. I emailed them wanting my refund however they said the shipping would be international and better if I were to exchange them . They said they would air them so the new pair of boots fit, asked for my measurements. I did that and the 2nd pair of boots was worst off then the first pair. They did not fit! After all these they finally said to return both boots back to a Las Vegas address which is not internationally. I could have avoided this by returning only one to begin with and now they expect me to ship out both ?! Don't order with them. They have out of country representatives that only reply back at 3am .

I had ordered a few pairs of FSJ shoes from Amazon before, but never directly from the site. I ordered a pair of boots and they ended up being way too. Customer service was super helpful with getting me the right size. I’ll definitely order again!
