I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FSJ Shoes. I placed an order on February 14 and paid $174.30 in full for a pair of custom boots. After placing the order, I received only a confirmation email and no updates for weeks about the status of my purchase. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they told me the shoes had finally shipped but blamed the logistics company for the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a $30 partial refund on a $174 order. As a customer, I expected better communication and service. Waiting weeks with no updates and then being offered a small partial refund is frustrating and disappointing. I hope FSJ Shoes improves their customer service and communication for future buyers. At the moment, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

The delay in delivery was indeed due to issues on the part of the shipping carrier; we did, in fact, repeatedly urge them during this period to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The partial refund we offered was proposed specifically as a form of compensation to express our apologies. However, after you declined that offer, we proceeded to issue you a full refund.

If I could give less than one star I would. I placed an order 1 month before my trip and I have not received my order yet. I have emailed customer support several times but they have yet to respond. I received a tracking number but all I see is that the item have been shipped. This is so disappointing and unprofessional.
