Even though i reached out on a Sunday, the customer service was timely, and I appreciate how they resolved the problem as well as achieving clear communication.

I developed very painful exema for the first time in my life after taking an antiparasitic drug. I tried every kind of natural oil and balm I could think of to treat and soothe it, but nothing worked. Just a few days after using Frøya, I noticed a significant difference. And after two weeks of using it as advised the exema is gone. I’m beyond grateful and can’t say enough about this product.

Christine, wow. This is exactly why we do what we do. After trying so many things and nothing working, hearing that Frøya made a real difference for your eczema in just a few days is incredible. And completely gone after two weeks!! We're so happy for you. Thank you for sharing your story, it means everything to us. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

A few weeks of these balms and I am wearing less or no makeup because I look at myself in the mirror and am happy with what I see

Since I took a subscription out for Froya Organics, I have had many questions and the service I have received has been exceptional. The products are lovely and although my wrinkles have not really improved yet, my skin is left so soft and has a healthy glow. I have been using these products for approximately 3 months.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 17, 2026
Hey Shelley! Love hearing that your skin feels softer and has that healthy glow. Three months is a great start, and many of our customers notice wrinkle improvements continue over time as the natural ingredients keep working. We're always here for any questions you have along the way. Thanks for sticking with us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

First time I’ve ordered from Frøya Organics. I love the products, love the ethics behind the brand and hope to continue using them into the future. I just needed time to see how I get on with them first, as they say it takes a good few weeks to let them do their magic. I signed up for a subscription which I hadn’t paid enough attention to and asked for help cancelling it and getting a refund. Froya were brilliant. They replied almost instantly, cancelled my sub and refunded me without hesitation. This was very comforting and would encourage me to look into a subscription in the future once I’ve trialled the products. Thank you Froya Organics. Brilliant customer service.

We never want anyone to feel pressured, which is why cancelling and refunding is always hassle-free. We'd love to have you back whenever you're ready! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The hair care system didnt work on my hair as its too over processed. I was given a full refund in very quick time with no problems. The face products are amazing and I would 100% recommend them.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 19, 2026
Hey Sue! Sorry the hair care system wasn't the right fit for your hair. Every hair type is different, and we totally get that. I'm glad the refund process was smooth and easy for you though. And so happy to hear you love the face products! That 100% recommendation means a lot to us. Thank you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
