At the time I ordered this product, I did not realize I was also signing up for a subscription. I received and was charged for a second supply of Froya products that I did not want. Very friendly customer service, thank you - alone would have been 5/5. I asked for a refund on an order as I wasn't ready to receive my next subscription and they sorted it for me, I had to email to ask for the refund a month after refusing delivery but once I did, the refund was in my account the next day, hence only reason I'm giving 4/5.

I love the Froya products but I needed to make a modification to my subscription timing. My first attempts were not responded to but then they got back to me and fixed everything step by step and even sent me a link to the proper part of my portal so I could get in again. I like the products enough that even though it was a little cumbersome I am still happy to keep purchasing from them knowing that they will eventually help me with what I need.

The products are amazing! My skin has not looked this good in a decade. The dark spots are fading, my acne is severely reduced and my skin doesn't feel greasy. I still have some issues with clogged pores in my chin and nose but the number has decreased.
