Never knew I signed up for a subscription and when I found out they were shipping new orders I immediately contaced them to STOP the order and surprise: No answer! Stay away from this crap.

Dear Marco, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced regarding your subscription and the recent order. It appears that when you selected the lower price option, it was designated as a subscription. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it, as we have already processed it through our warehouse. We did attempt to intervene directly with them to stop the shipment, but unfortunately, it was not possible at that stage. Thank you for your understanding.
