The products are wonderful. They take a couple of days to start working, but I noticed a change in my skin by day three. The smell of the products isn't overwhelming, and they compliment each other. I've noticed I can go without make-up, and leading into the Australian summer, that is a good thing. All I need is sunscreen.

Super fast customer support. I accidentally ordered something and they were able to cancel that before it shipped. That kind of immediate feedback seems rare with online shopping

Hello I believe this was ment for me to tell you about the experience with Froya support team but I will give you my opinion of Froya organics as a whole. I have been trying for a while now to find an all natural line and I have been replacing as much as I can from using any chemicals as my face was presenting strong aging signals after the menopause. I started with freshly and Yepoda, trying several of their products and some of them I kept but for my face it was still not enough. Then I decided to finally try Froya, I had been hearing about it for a while but was hesitant and a little tired, nonetheless, their story, they way their team works, how the creams looked in the adds (mostly the not water detail) together with some of the ladies testimonies I could see in instagram were quite convincing and then finally I decided to jump and give it a first try. Well, I fell very happy with my decision, I'm seeing results and I'm over 50 years old ... but I can see the results, and my skin is recovering a beautiful glow and reducing dryness and even the wrinkles. I couldn't be happier, I also loves the stories we get from the family and their team ... the natural smell of the creams and to add to that, their support team is super fast and helpful. Using Froya now not only feels good for my skin but also for my soul, I think this also is part of the healing process. Thank you Froya, please, keep the hard and beautiful work!

Please don’t waste you money like I did. Don’t buy a product from this company. It’s a SCAM. I purchased their ezcema cream and it makes my skin break out and burn. The cream is like thick vaseline and for sure the ingredients are a lie. I am going to report them to the European consumer ombudsman.
