Prompt, friendly, easy... so great!! I needed help refunding an order that was made by mistake and rather than the usual runaround that online business tend to give, the Frøya Organics Team handled the whole thing quickly and without making me feel like I had to plead my case. Just when I thought that customer service was dead, Frøya restored my faith. I will 100% be using their products in the future!!

Canadian Customs Charges I had to pay an extra shipping charge of $33 by Canadian Customs. I brought this to the attention of Froya Organics and they refunded the money immediately based on a photo I sent with the bill attached to the package. Great service!! Although I really like the rosacea stopper product I can’t afford to continue to buy the package of skin products if I am going to be charged customs every time without being reimbursed.

I had to cancel my subscription due to a heart bypass operation. Even though I had committed to 2 subscriptions, they very kindly cancelled after only one due to my health condition. Much appreciated this and I love the products so will be back when I can work again. Thank you. Lynne ❤️

Absolute worst customer service, so incredibly rude. I was signed up to a subscription with out my knowledge. When i got an email in the morning saying it would sent out to me, i emailed them straight away asking what it was, and not to send it. I was reassure it had not been processed, or shipped, and it wouldn't be if i told them not to. Which i did so straight away, i asked them again not to process it, and cancelled the subscription with the link they sent. I got an email later in the afternoon from a human, stating that i was talking to a bot earlier and they did not cancel anything and it had been shipped out in the meantime. They told me follow the link to return it. I told them i was happy to return it but as it was a mistake on their behalf shipping it out after being told it wouldnt be, i would like a prepaid postage label. This they refused, and then started to get really rude. Being hugely condescending and disrespectful with their replies, using incredibly inappropriate winking emojis. This company has a message that come across so wholesome, but it turns out they are simply unprofessional and seedy.

My daughter sent me a link to the Froya products, which are all organic. I love everything I’ve tried thus far, 7 different skin and hair products for mature women. I had a slight issue with a container and the company responded immediately, within the hour! They kindly solved the issue. Their customer service is beyond good. You can’t go wrong with Froya.
