sadly the product didn't work for me. (I have complex skin). However, it was SO easy to cancel my subscription. All I had to do was send an email to the support team and it was immediately canceled. I thought I was stuck in this subscription, but they agreed to cancel it. :)

I recently purchased the moisturiser a glow balm. The balm was too thick to apply to my skin, even once applied in small amounts, my skin just looked orange and it took ages for the product to sink in. I even tried warming it in my hands to make it more pliable. The orange tint stained clothing etc I cancelled my subscription which they acknowledged but have not returned the payment they have taken. The marketing for this company suggested it is wholesome, organic, instead it is your usual big business with a mediocre product. Constantly have to email their chatbot. Extremely disappointing product. Not as promised. I continually receive messages from their chat not but no one seems capable of a refund.

I felt like the product took a little longer to arrive but it was packaged well, the website has so much great information. The information that arrived with my skincare set was great as well. The product also works great for my acne prone skin and my skin feels incredible. You can tell my skin barrier is actually healing and the texture is so improved after only a few weeks.

I can't resist a satisfaction guarantee for a little personal research project! Froya intrigued me, as part of its high promise and very aggressive marketing strategy, it offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. My first order was very slow to arrive, but the subscription repeat order came promptly. Products are very different to use as they are balms. As others say, they do make your hair greasier, and this is difficult to avoid. The day balm is also yellowish and requires extra time/rubbing in before you face the public. These are all minor issues. The main feedback is that the set (for mature skin) made NOT A JOT OF DIFFERENCE to either wrinkles or sun spots. I had to submit my satisfaction guarantee claim via the enquiries email as the weblink didn't recognise my order number (don't be put off, people - go straight to the email!). Once I had submitted my before-and-after photos, I was refunded immediately. However, the refund is only for one set of products, so you do not get a full refund on both sets. As you have to purchase 2 sets of products to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee (another good marketing ploy) this is not a full refund.
