Happy A.
Definitely did not make my skin better in 60 days. Had an allergicreaction in 10. Reported to them and despite the 60 day money back guarantee and the "If it (the AI cuatomer service bot) can’t find the perfect answer, your message will be passed on to one of our lovely team members, who’ll get back to you within one business day." It has been >7business days and I am still being fobbed off by the bot. The more I look into this company, the.more convinced I am that their credentials are false and they are ultimately a scam.

Dear Happy Aunty, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We genuinely apologize for the experience you've had and understand how frustrating it can be to feel unheard, especially when dealing with an allergic reaction. We appreciate your feedback regarding the 60-day money-back guarantee. As part of our policy, we do require before and after pictures to process a full refund. This helps us ensure that we are addressing our customers' needs effectively. However, we did offer you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, considering the situation. If you are still interested in pursuing a full refund, please let us know if you can provide the necessary pictures. We want to ensure you receive the resolution you deserve. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving this matter promptly. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns.

I contacted customer support and received an immediate response from an AI Minibot, who was able to respond exceedingly well, promptly and complete all of my issues to the fullest. I know the world is scared of AI and I completely understand, but this interaction beat hands down, dealing with someone who does not speak English well and you never really get your issue resolved.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 7, 2026
Hey Jennifer! Really glad we could get your issues sorted right away. We're always working to make our customer support as responsive and helpful as possible, so it's great to hear the experience was a positive one for you. Thank you for the 5 stars!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Trustworthy company, good service. The products look and feel different to any I have tried before and I would recommend trying their products. The company is responsive to post sales enquiries - which I think matters more, the after service not the service before and as they take your money. I would recommend giving Froya a go.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 7, 2026
Kirra, thank you so much for this! You're absolutely right that after service matters just as much as the sale itself. That's something we take very seriously. So glad the products feel different in a good way and that you'd recommend us. We appreciate the trust! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Getting a quick response to my email is very important and gives me the incentive to continue purchasing products from Froya Organics. Customer service representative is very friendly and made me feel better about one of the products I received broken. This was my first time ordering from Froya and I have subscribed to several products.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 7, 2026
Hey Eva! So sorry about the broken product on your first order. That's definitely not the first impression we want to make! But really glad our team made you feel better about it and that the experience was still positive enough for you to subscribe to several products. That means the world to us. Welcome to Frøya!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Beware the orange insane glow may or may not make your skin more youthful BUT it will stain your light coloured clothes orange and despite 2 boil washes and a ton of vanish the stain does not come out!! A very costly mistake and the orange glow cream is now in the bin....
Response from Froya OrganicsDec 4, 2025
Hei Carolyn! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the orange glow cream. Our products at Frøya Organics are designed to be highly concentrated, containing 0% water, which sets them apart from many other skincare options on the market that typically contain around 70% water. This means that a little goes a long way, and we recommend using only a small amount of the balm for optimal results. The balms are intended to absorb into the skin within 20-30 minutes, leaving a natural and healthy glow without excess residue. If you find that the product is not absorbing as expected, it may be helpful to adjust the amount you are applying. If you would like to discuss this further or explore alternative solutions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team directly. We are here to help and want to make this right for you.
