It turned out that this product wasn’t for me unfortunately. I have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients. When I reached out to customer service they were very helpful and refunded my first purchase.

I started using these products a few weeks back and love them. I've seen a lot of social media stuff saying these products are just a fad, but I have already seen a change in my skin tone and had comments how lovely my skin looks. I also had forgotten when the subscription would kick in and as I had noticed money was deducted with an email informing me I had written to the support team asking for a refund as I don't need it just yet, as I have plenty still left and have delayed the next delivery. Within a short period of time I had a response confirming refund. Think that was the quickest response ever. Thank you
