Great products, great service
I’ve been using their products for about a year now and I can’t imagine going back to any other skin care routine. In addition, their customer service is exceptional. They even made it right when the post office lost one of my deliveries! Great products, great service, great company!

This is completely fraud
This is completely fraud. They use nice packaging and professional branding but the products are staining! The company uses chatbots only, there is no way to return and refund!

Cancelling a Duplicate Auto-ship order was EASY
I inadvertently created two autoships for this product, to two different email addresses. I could not figure out how to cancel or consolidate them, so I wrote Customer Service. It was taken care of for me, quickly, politely, and with no issues whatsoever. I will be making another autoship order once I've gone through the extra products I ordered accidently. :D Love the products, and the customer service was first-rate.

I have used Frøya for a year and they are now my favourite hero products. They work, are beautiful to use and are natural! Win:win ☺️ The customer service is excellent (latest order got held up in transit). The follow up and speed of response was AMAZING ⭐️

The products are what they say
The products are what they say. High quality, organic, no fillers and effective. I am using the day and night focused products with great results in just a 2-week period. These tiny jars will last a while as the product is very concentrated but not greasy or oily, just good moisturizing. I am also extremely pleased with the quick resolution and refund on the Eczema focused cream I tried that had an ingredient I was having an adverse reaction to. I fell in love with the other products so I trusted this one would be fine but I should have read all the ingredients. Come to find out there is organic lanolin, which I cannot tolerate. I sent in an email explaining my plight and was immediately refunded! In this day and age, I find this level of service outstanding! Kind thanks, Ke’ala
