Hi Susan, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We take situations like this very seriously, and I’d love to personally review what happened with your order and cancellation request. It appears your cancellation request and the fulfillment process occurred very close together in time. Most likely, the cancellation was submitted right after the order had already been prepared for shipping. Even if there was only a short time between both actions, once the shipping label is created, we’re unfortunately unable to stop the process. Please rest assured this was never intentional, it was simply a timing overlap between the cancellation and the automated fulfillment system. Our ingredients are highly concentrated and potent, so a tiny amount ( just a small dab) is more than enough to achieve the best results. Using too much can sometimes leave a slight orange film, especially on lighter skin tones. I’d like to clarify that subscriptions can only be activated directly by the customer during checkout when selecting the discounted option, and each separate order creates an individual subscription. We don’t create or modify subscriptions on behalf of customer. If at any moment you wish to cancel a subscription, you only need to let us know ...we’re always here to do it manually for you.
