Froya Cosmetic / Froya Organics is engaging in illegal business practices. They deliberately encourage automatic subscription payments without proper consent. I was enrolled in a subscription I did not authorize. After cancelling it and requesting the shipment to be stopped, they still charged my credit card and attempted to send the products. When I checked the shipping email, it showed the items were still in the packing stage. After I sent a complaint, the company falsely claimed the items had already been shipped. This behavior is unauthorized, deceptive, and unlawful. They advertise themselves as a Scandinavian brand, but it is impossible to determine which country they are actually based in. Beware before subscribing, and I am reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

It’s not possible for us to subscribe customers on our side, subscriptions are only created by customers themselves when choosing the discounted “Subscribe & Save” option during checkout. It’s an entirely optional choice that simply offers a first-order discount for those who wish to subscribe. Once a shipment has already received its tracking label, it can’t be stopped in our system because it has left the fulfillment queue , but please don’t worry! You can always return the products if you don’t wish to keep them, and we’ll help you through that process.
