A great brand with amazing products but the stand out element was the swift and super-helpful customer service (big thank you to Varinea!).

Dom! Thank you for this, really appreciate it. And another shoutout for Varinea, she is going to be so happy when she sees this. She really does go above and beyond. So glad you love the products too. Excited to keep delivering for you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The products are amazing and I've only started using them 3 days ago and it takes time for your skin to get used to the products but so far I am elated with my purchase and Froya emails you and helps you learn about the product and how to use them to get the best out of their products. I am so pleased with this purchase and will continue to order more. The products make your skin feel soft and make your skin glow like no other. My favorite part is they're all natural and my skin loves it. I highly recommend Froya to all who want the best for their skin. Great company with great products for all.

Cheri, only 3 days and already seeing that glow?? That's amazing! And it just keeps getting better from here, so I'm really excited for you. Love that you're finding the emails helpful too. We put a lot of thought into those because we genuinely want you to get the most out of every product. And the fact that the all natural ingredients matter to you makes us so happy. That's at the heart of everything we do. Thank you for the beautiful review and the recommendation. It means so much! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I hadn’t used the customer service yet but the day cream for the glow seems to be so Orange. Even when I use just a tiny bit it just makes it look like I have fake tan on so I feel the advertisement of the ‘amazing glow’ only comes from the change in the colour of skin. It’s not a natural looking glow. It also does not make my skin feel moisturised at all. My skin still feels so dry after application. Quite disappointed in the product :-(
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 11, 2026
Hi Amy, We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations, especially when it comes to the color and hydration. The tint you’re noticing comes from the high concentration of natural ingredients we use. While it can give a healthy glow for some, we completely understand that it may not feel like a natural fit for everyone. For best results, we usually recommend applying a very small amount on slightly damp skin, which can help with absorption and reduce any visible tint. We’d really love the opportunity to help you further, share some tips that have helped other customers with the same concern, so they can get the most out of the product. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you. Erikah CS Manager - Frøya Organics

I love the products & the fact that they are organic & healthy. It feel very gentle on my skin & the scent is nice (not strong). The customer service is super friendly & kind. I appreciate it that I could stop my 10week- subscription without problems & the best thing is, I can restart it any time🩷 Thank you guys so much! Melanie Niebergall

Melanie!! Thank you so much for this lovely review. It makes us so happy to hear the products feel gentle on your skin and that you enjoy the scent. We work really hard to get that balance right. And yes, we totally believe you should have full control over your subscription. Stop it, restart it, no pressure, no hassle. That flexibility is really important to us because we want you to come back because you want to, not because you're stuck. Really appreciate you taking the time to write all of this. You made our day! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Didn’t realise my subscription was active and I had an order go out. However the customer service was super speedy and they paused my account for me. Products are good, I haven’t noticed a huge difference on my acne and rosacea on my cheeks but slowly getting better. So fingers crossed! My skin overall is nice and hydrated!
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 11, 2026
Hey Laura! Glad the team was able to jump in and pause things quickly for you. That's exactly the kind of thing we want to make easy. And it sounds like your skin is already heading in the right direction with the hydration and overall feel. With acne and rosacea, it can take a little longer to see the full effects, so keep at it. Fingers crossed with you!! If you ever have questions about your routine, just reach out and we'll help. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
