I’m so impressed by this company & their product.
I’m so impressed by this company, the customer service when I changed a subscription was fantastic & prompt. Their product… well I’ve never had so many compliments on my skin. My only regret is that I waited so long to order it. The puffiness & dark shadows under my eyes have disappeared & my skin has definitely improved. I’ve been using it for about a month so I know it’ll keep improving. I know I’m in for the long haul, I can’t imagine I’ll find a better product. I rarely write reviews as I always want to be totally honest … I highly recommend Froya Organics.

Amazing customer service!
I forgot to skip my subscription for this month and emailed as soon as I saw the order process. They got back to me immediately and were able to cancel my order for me with no issues. Customer service is phenomenal and these are now the ONLY products I use on my face! I can't recommend them enough.

Communicating with Frøya was easy and I felt very met. I asked about information on delivery to Scandinavia and I was answered within an hour and with so much kindness and generosity. I also received the product faster than expected, and I enjoy their delicious creams that feel healthy on my skin and my conscience.

Amazing support—fast, friendly, and efficient!
I've contacted the team several times for product advice and delivery issues, and they are incredible. They respond to emails within minutes! Varinea was particularly helpful—she resolved a courier problem for me instantly and was so polite. Truly 5-star service, highly recommend!
