I emailed the company right after receiving products because I did not understand the order of application of the products because it wasn’t clear. Within two hours. I received a reply with a clear and concise explanation and I was immediately impressed especially since over the past two months, other companies that I have ordered products from didn’t ship items, nor did they reply to my many inquiries about when the items would be delivered so suffice it to say that THIS companies’ reply made an impression. The can’t wait to try these products and I pray I like them so I can continue to deal with a professional company!

Beautiful branding and a brand message I really connected with, discovered it through Instagram. I subscribed to get the discount, but honestly, the subscription is the only thing for me to buy again the products. The anti-aging facial set did leave my skin noticeably soft and silky, which I loved. But don't expect miracles, it won't fade wrinkles. The bigger issue for me is the Day Balm's intense orange tint. Even a tiny amount on the finger tips (like they suggest) leaves a visible yellow cast on the skin, and using it at night stains the pillowcase. The Night Balm is less pigmented, but swapping them around isn't really a solution either. Overall: great aesthetics, lovely skin feel, but the color payoff is a dealbreaker for me. Probably won't repurchase.

Hi Do, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the skin feel and texture, that truly means a lot to us. Regarding the orange tint, this comes from the high concentration of nutrient-rich botanical oils we use, particularly sea buckthorn, which is naturally very pigmented. While it’s incredibly beneficial for the skin, we completely understand that the visible tint may not be ideal for everyone. A very small amount applied on slightly damp skin can help it absorb more evenly and reduce any visible color. That said, we truly appreciate your honest feedback, it helps us continue improving both our products and how we guide their use. If you ever decide to give it another try or would like personalized tips, we’re always here for you at [email protected]. Warm regards, Erikah CS Manager - Frøya Organics

I tried the products but did not want to continue the subscription. When I received notification that an order was getting ready to ship and was already charged I emailed and was relieved to find that customer care not only cancelled subscription but was able to stop upcoming shipment. Thank you so much!
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 13, 2026
Hey Janet! We totally understand that our products aren't for everyone, and we never want anyone to feel stuck. So glad the team was able to jump in quickly, cancel the subscription, and stop that shipment for you. That's exactly how it should work. No hassle, no stress. Thank you for giving us a try, and we appreciate you sharing your experience! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Do not purchase from this company. You cannot cancel your subscription until after the second delivery and there are no returns (other than on the first order) and the packaging must be sealed. That means there is a zero ‘try before you buy’ policy. The product is also terrible. Smells awful and is extremely greasy (even for a small amount). Do not purchase from this company! Buyer beware.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 11, 2026
Hi Natalie, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We’d like to clarify that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account, and we can confirm that yours has already been successfully cancelled. I am starting to show perimenopause symptoms, and was prescribed progesterone, which for me has meant more breakouts and also dry, flaky patches at the same time. None of the tried and true things that I have used in the past were working anymore. I've only been using the Froya products for about two weeks, but so far it seems like it is just what the doctor ordered for my face.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 10, 2026
Hey Marissa! So glad to hear the Frøya products are working for you so far!! Dealing with perimenopause skin changes is no joke, and it means a lot that you gave us a try when the things you used before stopped cutting it. Two weeks in and already feeling a difference is amazing. We're rooting for you and your skin journey, and we're always here if you need anything. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
