Unfortunately my skin had a reaction to the products but the support team were friendly and warm and I received my refund in full. Very refreshing customer service and was very much appreciated ❤️

Hey Sharon, I'm sorry to hear the products didn't agree with your skin. Everyone's skin is different and we totally get that. Really glad the refund process was smooth for you though. That's exactly how we want it to work, no hassle. We appreciate you giving us a try and thank you for such a kind review even after that experience. That really says a lot!
