These products are a complete scam
These products are a complete scam. The bottle didnt work, the pump is blocked, some of the serum bottles literally feel half full. The customer service is terrible. Dont bother trying this company.

I had mistakenly subscribed to Froya…
I had mistakenly subscribed to Froya organics facial balm and was still using the first batch when a new batch arrived. I did not need it and had not budgeted for it. j. Mick was fabulous with his customer service and helped me retune the items for a full refund.

Trying to get in touch with customer service - nothing!
I actually really like the Foya products and have been enjoying using them. However, I didn’t realise I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I contacted Foya as soon as I noticed I had been charged for the second month, explaining that I was still not even halfway through my first set and didn’t need another one yet. The second order has now arrived, but I would like a refund. I’ve emailed three times and have received no response. I’ve also tried the chatbot, but still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like the products, but being ignored when trying to resolve a billing issue is really disappointing. I’ve recently been laid off, so I would really appreciate someone getting back to me and helping resolve this, and getting my 123 euros back too.

Finally, something I feel is worth it
I've been using the products for about a month now and have seen results! My skin is softer, firmer and my dark circles are gone. I love the ease of the routine and the way my face and neck feel and look.
