So in the end this product wasn't for me but I gave it to a friend who absolutely loves it. I have to say a HUGE thankyou for the service that I received when I had an issue that was my fault entirely. The service I received was exceptional as was the resolution. Amazing! Thank you so much 💓

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. I received an order costing over £100 on subscription (which I didn't realise was on subscription) and after speaking to customer service arranged a return and full refund. Thank you J Mick for all your help. Julie Richardson.

I reached out about a return and I was…
I reached out about a return and I was offered two very reasonable options (including a full refund). I opted to keep the product because I do love it. I just wasn’t quite finished with my first set once then next arrived. The product itself is wonderful but equally as wonderful is the customer support, who were very quick to offer me a solution and they replied almost immediately. I also actually communicated with a human being - which is rare these days. This is a great product and a wonderful company to deal with.
