I finally decided to take a moment to share my experience with Froya products and services. First the products . I was introduced by my partner to Froya about 2 years ago. She had heard a lot of great things from her friends. At first I thought they were a bit pricey but I ponied up for my lady and got them as a gift for her Bday. After about 1 month or so I really noticed her face looked more young and healthy. So she kept using the facial products. She also had a hard time for a while with some hair loss so we invested in the hair products and interestingly enough , she started having much healthier looking hair and it's been regrowing. It's made a noticable difference in her and she loves it so that's about as good as it gets IMO. Next let's talk about the service. I once had an order that got dropped at the wrong address and the giant man eating beast tore up the package. So I hit up Froya and they quickly shipped out a replacement order no fuss at all. Recently I had account issues that came up recently and again they helped me get things sorted out within a day or 2 at most. It great to have an amazing product backed by a great customer service team. I highly recommend Froya to anyone looking for high quality products.

I had truly amazing customer service. Unfortunately my sensitive skin could not tolerated the products but I received a full refund right away after emailing and letting them know what was going on. I have to say I'm surprisingly having a great experience. For a self proclaimed "product bandit" I would have never thought I could only wash my face with water! I think because my skin feels so clean and hydrated, water is enough. Sometimes I use a bit more product than i need because it feels so good BUT in about 15 - 20 mins you can feel it being absorbed and skin feels great. I want to get a facial soon to help get rid of dead old skin which I assume would help with absorption? I may order the hair care because I'm in MA and in winter my scalp gets dry. I don't have dandruff at all but I'm constantly itching my head. I wish you had body care products because I'd love to be able to hydrate my entire body.

Every product I've tried so far is absolutely beautiful and feels so good on my skin. The products with juniper smell heavenly. Customer service is excellent - if anything gets flubbered with an order they respond immediately and resolve it completely.

I've only been using the Instant Blemish & Redness Stopper for a couple of weeks, but so far it has really seemed to help! It really does *almost* instantly stop my redness and help with acne...and by almost instantly, I mean within 20 - 30 minutes of application. That's pretty incredible! I love this stuff and will keep using it!!
