i have only been using it for 4 days…
i have only been using it for 4 days but already i LOVE IT 😁 skin feels lovely and soft,my make-up is sitting smoother, will be buying again, you dont need to use much, spreads out loads 😁

Great customer service!
I didn’t receive my package even after it said delivered. I contacted Froya’s customer service department and they immediately sent me a replacement. It only took 48hrs. to receive and they were lovely to communicate with. I’m excited to try my new products.

Great customer service !!!!
The AI response was quick and informative and quickly escalated the problem up to a human agent who sorted through a lot of stuff and got my problem solved. I am so grateful for all of her help.

Unfortunately I had a severe reaction…
Unfortunately I had a severe reaction to the eczema cream, however James from customer support provided a refund for 1 of the creams purchased. Sadly couldn’t get it for both creams but happy with the fast refund for one of the creams.

Fantastic products & natural
