Perfect customer service when things don't go as planned...
I ordered and tried the products, but I can't really comment on the quality or effectiveness of the creams because they unfortunately stained yellow, which my white t-shirt couldn't handle ;) What I do want to commend, however, is the quality of their problem resolution. The employee Eri was extremely understanding and accommodating, which I found very positive. The money-back guarantee worked perfectly. Therefore, my review refers to the company itself, not necessarily the quality of the products. So, if you'd like to try the products, you can do so risk-free :)

That’s definitely not the experience we want for anyone using our products. Our formula is quite concentrated and designed to absorb fully into the skin when applied in a very thin layer. Using just a small amount usually allows it to absorb properly, while applying more can sometimes lead to transfer before it fully sets.
