I love FROYA skincare
I love FROYA skincare, but my subscribed products were coming too rapidly and I tried to delay my delivery by a few months. Unfortunately the link to extend didn't work. I contacted customer support and had great responsiveness from my customer service rep. All the more reason to stick with FROYA products. I look great and even my dermatologist commented on how wonderful my skin is looking!

They were very nice and very helpful
They were very nice and very helpful. I loved their products but unfortunately I can't use them. I'm allergic to one or more of the ingredients. Pl3ase give them a try, you won't regret it. Lynn Lujan

Customer service as it should be
Anjelika quickly started a replacement order for me as one of my items arrived damaged. I appreciate the ease of the process. While disappointing to receive a damaged item, Froya’s customer service was refreshing.

Customer service was very helpful
Customer service was very helpful. Unfortunately my order was lost and they replace it soon. I can't wait to try all the products :)

I was super sceptical but I have to say…
I was super sceptical but I have to say I really do love the products. My skin feels better and looks brighter after using them for two weeks now. I’m making new order for sure!
