Hey Allie! This made my day!! Varinea is genuinely one of a kind and it means the world to hear that she came through for you when others didn't. That's exactly the kind of person she is, she just doesn't stop until things are right. We'll absolutely pass this along to her. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

My skin feels so smooth
My skin feels so smooth. The products are very hydrating, not greasy at all. I really like the face scrub.

Hey there! So happy to hear the products are working so well for you! Hydrating but not greasy is exactly what we go for, and it's awesome that the face scrub is hitting the mark too 😊 Thank you for sharing this, it really means a lot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The serum is very oily
The serum is very oily, leaves my hair greasy. Shampoo works fine but I need a conditioner for untangling. Rosemary water is a nice daily spritz. So far, I’m on the fence if this worth the $$$
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 24, 2026
Hey there, thank you for the honest feedback! Really glad the shampoo and rosemary water are working well for you. Totally hear you on the serum, it is a richer formula and definitely not for everyone. If you ever want to chat about which products might be a better fit for your routine, we're happy to help. We're here if you ever need anything! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The return policy is the issue
The return policy is the issue. Not the representative. If you have an allergic reaction it's kind of hard in the aspect they say there's a time backguarantee for product and will refund you but they don't refund open products.i had to send multiple pictures and ended up sending a doctors follow up appointment for the reaction cause the pictures of the allergic reaction weren't enough from their hair products. Their skin care however is good.

Hey Kayla, thank you for sharing this. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with the allergic reaction and the process that followed. That sounds genuinely stressful, especially when you're already dealing with a reaction. We do ask for documentation in these cases to make sure we can handle things properly, but I hear you that it felt like a lot to go through. Your feedback means a lot and we'll take it seriously. If there's anything still unresolved, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Great support from customer service
After 2 weeks since the last update in the tracking tool about my order, I have contacted customer service to check what was happening with my package. I received support promptly, and even though the investigation of the lost package was not finished yet, a replacement was arranged for me. Thank you for the support! Katarzyna
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 24, 2026
Hey Katarzyna! So glad our team could step in and sort things out for you. A lost package is stressful and we never want you to be left waiting without answers. Sending a replacement while the investigation is still ongoing is exactly what we should be doing, so it's great to hear that landed well. Thank you for reaching out and for the kind words!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
