Prompt, genuine and helpfulcustomer service
I had particular concerns which I’d emailled the business about. I received quick and helpful responses every time despite being after hours and over a long weekend. This was very much appreciated by me. They quickly resolved the issues and were caring and polite in doing so.

Exceptional Company
From the time I ordered the products until delivery, the team at Froya gave exceptional customer service. The packaging and presentation showed the level of care put into each product. The products had such a nice clean feel to them and clearly moisturized without weight. The eye cream not only contained beneficial ingredients, but I believe added a some subtle color correction. Questions were promptly answered by the team.

The products feel great
The products feel great. They do feel thicker than most but it seems its packed with a lot of good stuff. I notice a difference in my skin like its been penetrated with a lot of hydration so it looks fuller and less dull. Since I notice changes it motivates me to keep up the rountine making it feel less liike a chore and more of a gift to myself.

I love my Froya products
I love my Froya products! My skin feels smooth and beautiful. Only downside is that my set doesn’t have spf in them, so need to apply that separately.

Superb
Products seem amazing but unfortunately they did not go with my skin tone, the returns process was unbelievably helpful and easy and quick, staff went the extra mile to give me all information relative. Even on a weekend day, super customer service 😄😄dk
