Great experience. An order was going to fully process before I was ready for it. Jason took care of it without hassle. He made sure to get me a refund and delay the shipment as requested. Easy and thoughtfully executed.

I ordered once from this company and later noticed I had been signed up for a subscription without clearly understanding it. I was charged again for a new order that I did not intentionally place. Customer service said the subscription was selected during checkout because of a discounted price, but this was not clear to me at the time. They cancelled the subscription only after I contacted them, but did not offer a full refund and expected me to pay return shipping. Very disappointing experience. The checkout process should be much clearer, especially when recurring payments are involved. I would not order again.

The products were defective (both the day and night creams were extremely grainy, like an exfoliant) and I received a full refund for my order.

The products are still new to me but I love them so much. The vibe from the company is lovely, even a bit magical. Regarding their customer service (which has been good) I would much rather wait for a response from a human than have AI to deal with.

Glow Day Balm. This is a horrible product. Thick and greasy and stains the skin ( and any clothing it comes into contact with) a nasty orange colour. Over hyped and over priced Update Although I disliked the product their customer service has been outstanding. I had a personal reply the day after this review and a refund offer, so absolutely cant fault the company in this respect

Our Glow Day Balm is formulated to be rich and effective, but it’s also highly concentrated. When applied in a very small amount, it should absorb well into the skin. Using more than needed can sometimes leave a heavier feel or cause transfer before it fully absorbs. I've just started with the products and am skeptical as I'm on a very good regime. However, your messaging made me curious because I have extremely dry skin and combined with aging, it does not bode well by the end of day. My skin seems to do well thus far and it has a nice glow. So far so good.
