The promises made at purchase were all delivered. From products quality to packaging and shipping. I am fully impressed and happy with the results. I had to contact the customer support for a minor question and their reply was quick and effective.

I never received my order
I never received my order. It was supposed to arrive by the 22/09. I have emailed them so many times and have not had an answer back. Is this a scam? I would not trust this website at all. I have not basically lost my money :(

A little goes a long way
Lovely product and after ordering set of four products a little bit goes a long way I have enough product for several months

Great moisturizer
I do like the system. My skin feels hydrated all day. I wake up with my skin feeling moisturized. It hasn’t broken me out. A little goes a long way.

This product line is simple and quick.

Great Support Service…
My parcel unfortunately arrived in a damaged condition, with one of the products completely shattered. I contacted the support team at Froya Organics. Line and Rea answered my request for help quickly and provided me with a replacement soon thereafter, free of charge. I am very thankful and impressed with the support received. Thank you very much to Line and Rea and the Froya Organics team. I look forward to using the products and if they help, will surely order again.

I purchased the product May of 2026
I purchased the product May of 2026. Their product say they are safe for sensitive skin. They are not. Flared up my rosacea. Could not use the products. Tried to return them within the return time frame and I was denied the return. Contacted my credit card company to resolve the problem because I received the products I was told to contact Froya and I did. Froya said they would give me my money back once the case was closed with my credit card company. It was closed then Froya said it would take 60 or 70 days to issue refund. BS it’s October still didn’t get refund and I’m stuck with garbage that irritates my skin that I cannot use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GARBAGE THAT WILL IRRITATE YOUR SKIN. THEY ADVERTISE MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED IT IS LIE.
