Customer service with Ale was quick, efficient, easy, and friendly. I had a request that could not be completed through my account settings, and many companies would have given me grief about it. But Froya Organics and Ale made it a non issue. Froya is one of my favorite brands and I will continue using them for life!

I’m 65 & I have used a mountain of creams, serums and tonics. This is by far the best cream I have ever put on my skin. No water, no chemicals, no mystery ingredients you cannot pronounce let alone understand. Being 65, I have considerable wrinkles. ** update! Leave a bad review and the company reaches out within the hour! Says this could be resolved in 5 minutes if " I" had left my order number here on the review! Yet 1 week after writing to their CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL NUMEROUS TIMES WITH MY ORDER NUMBER they have yet to reply!! So no! I'm not going to give into your game FROYA and will leave my review up! **Horrible customer service! Is not even my biggest complaint! As the wife of an aircraft mechanic I KNOW the smell of petroleum jelly! Which is sadly the first and only thing I smell when putting on their day and/or night creams! Can't smell one of the so called " 10 natural ingredients " and this smell makes me NAUSEOUS! I smell like a well oiled machine! 🤢 but can you return this gloop!?No!! No one answers the emails ( but they're VERY quick to charge your card!) and you can't call them because their phone numbers are in Europe! ( I'm in the US!) then I tried to cancel my subscription I HAD to apply for in order to get the original discount! But couldn't Because NO ONE responds to my emails! So now I have $80 more of this crap cream coming! And the other trick they played on me was the " money back guarantee " ! They sent me the email to take my " before and after " pics in order to be able to return the product if not satisfied THE DAY BEFORE MY PACKAGE ARRIVED! Once you have received your order you can no longer use the guarantee to return the items for free ( or at all) if you didn't do the "before and after", which I sadly did not see until the day after! So I'm here trying to warn people! I ordered directly off their website and still this is my experience! I'm now stuck with 4 jars of overpriced engine lube!

My package not arriving on time was hard, because I rely on the salve for my son's eczema, and we had to use a different salve for a couple of weeks. But my experience with customer service was great.
