It’s a scam! First I waited 3 weeks for the cream I ordered, and then when I finally got it, it was from a different brand! Of course I tried several times to reach out to their customer service but they are not responsive at all. Don’t waste your money and your time with them. Worst experience ever

I received my order of the 4 piece skin care, I absolutely love this stuff. However, when I opened my order one of the jars was completely shattered. I emailed Froya customer service, and they emailed me back immediately. Less than 24 hours later, they already have a replacement order headed my way. Incredible products as well as customer service. Great company! I can't recommend enough.

I have had subscription for 4 months and adore these products. I have dry skin and Froya is the best I have found. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with the ordering system at renewal and was unable to pay for my order through a system issue. Initially it was a challenge to access support through customer services. However, since first contact from Harold, the service and communication has been excellent. I am really grateful for his support. Overall, I love these products, the company has some wonderful staff and I hope they can sort their systems so they reach the same high standard.
