The products are amazing
The products are amazing! My skin has not looked this good in a decade. The dark spots are fading, my acne is severely reduced and my skin doesn't feel greasy. I still have some issues with clogged pores in my chin and nose but the number has decreased.

Totally hear you on the clogged pores in your chin and nose, that stuff can take a little longer to clear, but it sounds like you're already heading in the right direction. Not happy with product
This product gave me a terrible reaction. My entire face and neck was covered in red patches and tiny bumps. I contacted the company, included photos, and have yet to receive a response. Also they wont allow me to ask for my money back with their guarantee until it’s been longer than 60 days. Even their request for review email is fake, unless you choose 5 stars the link will only take you to their purchase page. I am beyond disappointed and would recommend you think twice before ordering. Updated Review 10/14/2026: The company responded to my review with a different email than they had originally corresponded with me on and me to reply to, which i did. I forwarded the original chain to them along with this review and they issued a full refund same day. They did apologize in the email for the confusion and not responding through their other address. Increasing to 3 stars

DO NOT BUY
It states on your website if I am dissatisfied will results after 60 days I will receive a full refund. I am within that 60 days and have barely received a partial refund. I also return and fully unused bottle! Highly disappointed and will now have to report this.

Not a good experience
The product is OK, but not great so I canceled my subscription weeks before next order was to ship. Froya shipped and charged me for it anyway and will not give me a refund or a return label to send the product back. I have waited several days and no response. I have had better results with drug store moisterizers for less money. Edit - Froya responded on TrustPilot to say my issue could be solved in 5 minutes with a ref. or invoice number which was provided to them via email 2 weeks ago. Cust. Service won't refund or allow return stating request was outside the 30 day window, however, a 2nd shipment should never have been sent to me as I canceled subscription weeks before shipment. Final Analysis: if you love this product, keep using it, but don't use the subscription option.

Excellent product and customer service too
I love this product and have had compliments on my skin (although my mother told me to put more on my forehead to get rid of the frown lines!) within a short time of using. The customer service is great and everyone is very helpful. AH
