The company disregarded my one-time order and made it a subscription
The company disregarded my one-time order and charged me for a second delivery, after a month only. The website is plastered with ads and makes navigating your info really difficult.

Excellent customer service!
I had an excellent experience with Froya's customer service. The product didn't agree with my skin and I requested a refund. They responded immediately with empathy and asked for before and after photos. While I didn't have any "before" pictures, I showed them images of what was left of the reaction I'd had and was immediately issued a refund, a subscription cancellation, and was sent a note from their customer service rep who was kind and helpful. It was a reassuring response in a time when too many companies ignore or deflect requests like these. The product is great by the way - it just wasn't right for me.

The system is easy to use
The system is easy to use. Three steps and I’m done. My skin looks and feels great.I have sen improvement in my tired looking skin. It seems brighter and healthier.

Impossible returns policy
The 60 day money back guarantee is a farce. There are so many hoops to jump through for a return, that it's impossible to return. Very poor customer service, with ridiculous return policies that you can only return your first order if you have before and after photos after sixty days. These stringent requirements are obviously done to limit returns. Do not buy.
