Ordered this back in september arrived quite promptly,sadly i couldnt use the product due to my skin just not liking anything. As this was on a subscription which i had cancelled, i was made aware of another order going through so this maybe something to keep an eye on that if you do not want to use it after first order you 100% make sure subscription is cancelled, i contacted the company in question and within 5 days a team member had emailled and refunded myself. I am truly grateful to that team member for his help. Ive given 5 stars for the customer service the product i cant really evaluate due to not being able to us.

Not reccommended to anyone. Its a scam. I ordered once and never again. Somehow i recieve a mail that my order is on the way. I actually never ordered a second time, so a asked my money back. They rejected. So avoid this brand!!

Very friendly customer service, thank you - alone would have been 5/5. I asked for a refund on an order as I wasn't ready to receive my next subscription and they sorted it for me, I had to email to ask for the refund a month after refusing delivery but once I did, the refund was in my account the next day, hence only reason I'm giving 4/5.

Excellent products in a small jar. The product is quickly absorbed, not greasy at all. The balm has a smooth the texture with a botanic scent; and within weeks, my wrinkles are less visible, skin firmer, jowls look better, eye bags slightly less. The jars are 30rm ml - 15 ml, it's about 30 day-use for me, I have dry/sensitive skin. For mature kit subscription, the 2d delivery will be charged higher than the first delivery-- I thought the price was locked!
