I love the Froya products but I needed to make a modification to my subscription timing. My first attempts were not responded to but then they got back to me and fixed everything step by step and even sent me a link to the proper part of my portal so I could get in again. I like the products enough that even though it was a little cumbersome I am still happy to keep purchasing from them knowing that they will eventually help me with what I need.

their customer service is horrible. Also products smell so bad and almost similar between anti-aging or wrinkle eraser. feels like almost the same formula for all the products. I felt like scam

I've been really enjoying Freya Organics! I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and I've found the products have helped with the eczema side of things, while also helping to balance my skin's moisture and oil levels. For how much "guarantee" they advertise, if you aren't happy with the products they do everything they can to prevent returning your money. Not only that, but the atmosphere in my home changed after I opened these products, arguing and disarray, until I threw them out. Super creepy.
