Luci was incredibly helpful processing my split payment through Acima and my debit card. I also changed my mind at the last minute and she didn’t get flustered or upset. She was extremely helpful and gave me good advice when it comes to repaying Assima. If I want a matching gold bracelet I will call and ask for her. Definitely would recommend frost based on my customer service interaction with Luci. Can’t wait to get my chain ⛓⛓⛓⛓🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

I bought a Rolex and it arrived without the company checking to see if it worked. Unfortunately the bezel they added compromised the crown of the watch and it neither can hold time nor can you turn the crown easily to set the time. The company offers only an appraisal and not papers on most of their pre-owned Rolex watches, so you cannot get your own jeweler to certify the actual serial number, except for what Frost's gem appraiser wrote in the appraisal. If you touch the watch to verify it is real, it will render your warranty with them invalid. So, all you have is the appraiser's report without a photo of the serial number. But, my suggestion is to get your sales person to verify the watch really works via video before sending to you. I did not do this, and the watch did not function upon arrival. If you return the watch, you have 15 days from it's arrival to you. It must be unworn and other conditions apply. MOST IMP: There is a 20% stocking fee for purchases above $3500 (SO- that's $3,000 on $15,000 watch restocking is really hefty), so I would suggest you never buy on the Internet--only at the store in NYC. There's a huge penalty if you return it. Buyer beware.

Item received was as described. I am happy with the purchase and would buy from Frost again. Also the necklace came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise.
