This is the worst Customer Service and product I have ever had. The bracelet changed color after 6 months. Sent back and it took months to get a replacement; only to receive a bracelet less than half the size of the original. Then I had to jump through hoops to get approval to send it back when you knew you sent the wrong bracelet. And I am still waiting for a refund as I no longer want to do business with this company. If I could rate NO STARS I would!!

To who it may concern the customer service that I received from Ms Betty was Ten Star service. I would always in the future do business with Frost , and will ask for Ms Betty for her professional customer service. My first time shopping with Frost NYC wasn't that good. I ordered a white 14 mm gold plated cuban chain, ring and cuban bracelet. I received only the bracelet and ring. When I called to inquire about my chain, I was told it was on back order and they don't know when it will be available. That wasn't transparent. Why advertise a product on your website when you don't have it??. I was disappointed. The quality of the bracelet is just okay but the ring is dope..
