I ordered a necklace by mistake and contacted customer service via email (no one picked up the phone when I called) to try to have the order changed. I was told the order would be changed in order to receive the necklace I meant to purchase. When I received my package, they sent a completely different necklace from the one I ordered by mistake and the one I meant to order. I ended sending the necklace back and I’m now waiting for my refund.

Overpriced for 10k light weight jewelry

The diamond cut isn't as clean on this chain as it is on my other chain. Over all I like it.

Extremely disappointed with Frost. I ordered a $600 ring for my husband as a Christmas gift which he picked out and instead of Frost indicating the ring was on backorder, they shipped me another ring that looked similar as if we wouldn't notice. That is being deceiving and money hungry, bad business. I returned it and now they make you wait for 2 weeks to get your money. Never Again will I order from Frost!
